A day like today in Vancouver is enough to make anyone day dream relocating to an arid and sunny local. For most of us, that day dream won’t become a reality, so in the mean time, when it’s pouring down with rain we need to find other ways to cope with the winter blues.

According to research done at the Cedar-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, swedish massage significantly reduces levels to the stress hormone cortisol as well as increasing levels of oxytocin- the hormone associated with contentment.
